Our dedicated back office team will handle all requests to MBNL for site access and ensure standalone or non-standalone permits are in place promptly whenever required.

Where required, Edge Electrical Solutions will ensure same-day submission of completion works so the next stage of a project can commence.

Edge Electrical Solutions will endeavour to submit all RAMS 5 days previous to site access to ensure it can be embedded into CPHSPs and sent for approval so works can progress within 5 days of instruction.

Our engineers will complete a thorough inspection of new or existing electrical circuits and installations to ensure full compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
● Electrical Installation Condition Reports
Edge Electrical Solutions’ engineers will examine consumer units, protective bonding, lighting, switches, and sockets to assess the safety of any existing electrical installation and produce an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) when required.
● Steel and plastic conduit installations
Edge Electrical Solutions will fit rigid or flexible conduit systems in steel or PVC to suit each bespoke installation.
● Steel, plastic, dado and skirting trunking
Installs by Edge Electrical Solutions will be made tidy and contained using steel or PVC dado and skirting trunking wherever required.
● Distribution board and mains installations
Edge Electrical Solutions will undertake complete electrical installations from mains feed to fuse board, and single or three-phase distribution boards.
● Submain installations
Where required, Edge Electrical Solutions’ engineers will install fully protected submain circuits and secondary distribution boards integrated with the main switchboard.
● PAT Testing
Edge Electrical Solutions can supply fully certified portable appliance testing in order to ensure the safety of all moveable appliances and business compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
● Large-format advertising power supplies
Edge Electrical Solutions will supply and install safe and efficient power supplies for all indoor and outdoor large-format advertising and LED displays.
● New supplies applications from the regional electrical company
Edge Electrical Solutions’ back office teams will handle any required applications for new electrical supplies from the relevant regional supplier.
● Maintenance contracts
Fully inclusive long-term maintenance contracts can be agreed upon and undertaken by Edge Electrical Solutions where required.
● Smart metering appointments
Appointments for smart meter assessment and installation are available for all Edge Electrical Solutions’ business customers.

▸ Maintain standards within the BS7671 wiring regulations.
